The villa is one of 60 which run along the length of the first and tenth tees with panoramic views looking out over the golf course. Flic en Flac has uninterrupted views over the lake at the ninth hole and is a 100m walk to the swimming pool and reception area.

The accommodation comprises downstairs:

• Lounge - Open plan spacious galleried lounge/ dining area leading onto private terrace and private garden (only overlooked by wayward golfers). TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs. Cable channels available at extra cost - 30 euros

GOLF COURSE

Les Fontenelles is one of leading courses in the Vendee. The course is rolling fairways lined with mature oaks and maritime pines interspersed with plenty of water!.

The course itself is a challenging 6766 yards par 72. There is a practice area with 25 Practice posts, 10 of which are covered. There is also a pitching green and 2 Putting greens. There is a pro shop for lessons and equipment hire.

A 1 day green fee at Les Fontanelles costs 45 Euros (20% discount for residents). Alternatively you can buy a golf pass for 123 euros which allows 3 days unlimited golf at a number of course in the Vendee and further afield in Brittany.
